What IS R·CHVE?
“R·CHVE (pronounced 'Archive') was born from the love of the game and the desire to do something with my vision.”
- R.E. Romero, the guy who does everything around here.
R·CHVE serves the roles of a presentation card, record keeping, and a creative outlet by combining all my passions into visual media to be shared with the world, either directly by me or with my clients.
“For Future Reference” alludes to the idea that others will (hopefully) come to my work in the future as creative reference for their own stuff, just as I do to inspire myself by looking at past work of others.
As for Myself?
I'm a young professional with a Bachelor of Commerce who's co-authored two books and written several academic papers, ranging from the implementations of Fintech to increase financial inclusion, the hypocrisy of modern "sustainable" business practices, and a bluprint for proper cybersecurity practices in the workplace.
...So why the fuck am I here?
Because I LOVE this shit.
Funily enough, I still remember how my Dad would tell me he wouldn't pay for me to go to film school because "no son of mine will study Starvation", but please consider that everyone who studies The Arts in my country works answering the phone at a callcenter.
Good call on his end, thank you Dad: Now I'm a business major who takes photos and shoots videos for a living.
And I fucking love it.
